These terms govern use of Online-RSVP.ai. By purchasing or using an event activation, you agree to them.

Service

Online-RSVP.ai provides event setup, public RSVP pages, guest-management tools, invitations, reminders, exports, and related hosting. Features may evolve as the service improves.

Payments and activation

The advertised price purchases a one-time event activation in the selected currency. Checkout is processed by Stripe. Unless required by law, completed digital-service payments are refundable only when the service cannot be delivered.

Host responsibilities

Hosts must provide accurate event information, have permission to upload or send content, protect private setup and dashboard links, and use guest information only for the relevant event.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful content, harassment, fraud, unsolicited bulk messaging, malware, attempts to bypass access controls, or activity that harms other users or the platform.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, mitigate abuse, or suspend an event that violates these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Online-RSVP.ai is not responsible for indirect losses, event cancellations, guest decisions, third-party services, or content supplied by hosts.
