Information we process
We process host contact and billing references, event details, guest names, email addresses, attendance choices, party sizes, dietary notes, messages, invitation status, and technical security information such as rate-limit identifiers.
Why we process it
We use this information to create and host events, collect RSVPs, send invitations and confirmations, provide host dashboards and exports, prevent abuse, handle support, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides hosting and D1 storage. Stripe processes checkout and payment data. Resend delivers transactional invitation, reminder, and confirmation email. These providers process data under their own security and privacy commitments.
Retention and deletion
Event and guest data is retained while needed to provide the activated event, resolve support or payment issues, prevent abuse, and satisfy applicable law. Hosts may request deletion or export; some records may be retained where legally required.
Security and access
Private host links contain access credentials and must be protected. We hash management tokens, restrict private responses, apply rate limits, and avoid logging provider secrets or unnecessary guest data.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information where applicable. Newsletter subscribers may request removal at any time.
